Job Summary:

Responsible for attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and order requests across WhatsApp, calls, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customers professionally

Process orders and follow up with logistics

Maintain customer satisfaction levels

Keep records of daily interactions

Requirements:

Minimum SSCE / ND

Good communication skills

Familiarity with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram

Friendly and organized

2. Content Creator

Location: Remote or On-site

Salary: ₦40,000 during probation

Job Summary:

Create engaging content showcasing food products, market prices, buying processes, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create short videos, product photos, and captions

Manage social media posting

Promote online sales and awareness

Collaborate with the website and customer care team

Requirements:

Basic education (SSCE/ND)

Ability to use smartphone for photos/videos

Creativity and consistency

3. Logistics / Inventory Manager

Location: Gombe State (On-site)

Salary: ₦30,000 during probation

Job Summary:

Oversee movement of goods, inventory control, deliveries, and warehouse arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep track of goods received and sold

Ensure accurate inventory updates

Coordinate dispatch riders and suppliers

Maintain orderliness in storage area

Requirements:

Basic educational qualification

Ability to work with numbers

Strong organization skills

Must be trustworthy and reliable
